Acting for Nando’s, Lewis Craig have negotiated for the acquisition of their spectacular new restaurant at Westfield London. The premises, comprising just under 6,000 sq ft are located on The Loft level. Neighbouring restaurants represented on this level are Pizza Express, Byron and Spaghetti House.

Westfield London, opened on 30 October 2008, attracting 160,000 shoppers on its first day. The centre has a retail floor area of some 1.615m sq ft – this being the equivalent of about 30 football pitches and incredibly the amount of concrete used in the construction process could fill 117 Olympic size swimming pools!

This follows on from other recent acquisitions where Lewis Craig have represented Nando’s including Westfield Derby, St Stephens Centre – Hull, Forthside – Stirling, Borehamwood and Stoke Newington.
