Devon & Devon open their Westbourne Grove showroom

Devon & Devon, the world-renowned specialist bathroom supplier, have recently opened their doors at 77-79 Westbourne Grove, London W2. The premises have a superb double-front and comprise some 2,100 sq ft over ground and basement.

Devon & Devon have existing representation in key cities such as Bucharest, Chengdu, Hamburg, Istanbul, Nice, Paris, Tel Aviv, Warsaw and Vienna, and in Italy in Florence, Milan and Turin.

New Management Instruction – Smithfield Restaurant

A long standing, private individual client of our practice has recently acquired the freehold investment of 26 St John Street, Smithfield, London.

The former smokehouse, situated around the corner from London’s Smithfield Market is home to the internationally renowned St John Bar & Restaurant, established in October 1994.

Lewis Craig will be providing our client with a full management service for the building, comprising an approx 6,800 sq ft arranged over basement, ground and three upper floors, which also houses the tenants administrative offices as well as residential accommodation.
