Our active acquisition service encompasses a full understanding of each clients operation, assistance in expansion strategy, site identification and negotiation, agreeing terms, liaising closely with solicitors and overall guidance through to completion
Our highly effective disposal service is available to both landlords with vacant property seeking to create secure investments or dispose of buildings and to tenants with leasehold or freehold property surplus to requirements.
A further area that we are actively involved in is working with insolvency practitioners in advising and implementing disposal strategy in order to achieve maximum value.

Lewis Craig have been the UK property advisers to Bare Escentuals since 2009, acquiring their Head Office in Soho Square and advising on a retail boutique acquisition strategy, securing their first stand-alone boutique, outside of the US, in Covent Garden. Since that time further boutique acquisitions have followed in Glasgow, Windsor, Brighton and St Albans and the process continues.
