Jeffrey Craig
One of the founders of the practice in 1972, Jeffrey has a vast amount of industry experience, market knowledge, a loyal client following and an extensive network of contacts.
He now specialises in strategic asset management - working with clients on the creation, make up and development of their commercial property investment portfolios, which includes the carrying out of selected professional work.
Away from the office Jeffrey enjoys playing tennis, sailing and cycling, that is when he is not being taken for long walks over the Sussex Downs by his Otterhound Blue.

Richard Grossman
Richard joined the practice in 1980 and became a partner in 1988. His areas of activity include acquisition work on a nationwide basis, strategic consulting to growing retail and restaurant operations, advising insolvency practitioners on individual and portfolio disposals, as well as professional work for retained clients.
Richard enjoys long term client relationships with a wide range of clients from Europe, the Middle East and the USA.
Richard is married with two sons. He is a keen long distance runner, completing 3 marathons to date. He also enjoys skiing and playing tennis and can be found at White Hart Lane every other weekend.

Andrew Taylor
Andrew heads up the firm's management department, having been with us since 1997, previously having worked for a major UK pension fund.
As well as dealing with all aspects of day-to-day property management, he enjoys strong landlord and tenant working relationships, as well as co-ordinating with other property professionals and advisors to ensure that our client's interests are best protected. Andrew is particularly adept at enhancing portfolio performance through a pro-active approach to management.
A lifelong supporter of Derby County FC and as a result very much a realist! His broad interest in music and love of the outdoors makes him one of the eclectic members of the team.

Theo Benedyk
Theo heads up the agency department, involved in both acquisition and disposal activity. He also assists the professional and asset management teams, liaising closely on rent reviews, lease renewals and active estate management matters.
He joined the practice in 2009 having completed his Real Estate Valuation and Management degree at The University of The West of England in Bristol, subsequently completing a Masters in Real Estate Development at The University of Westminster. He hopes to qualify as a Chartered Surveyor during 2013.
Theo particularly enjoys assisting clients with their expansion strategies and adding value to maximise portfolio performance.
He passionately follows the F1 calendar and can always be found in one of London’s latest new eateries.

Ben Pistol
Ben joined Lewis Craig in the summer of 2012 after a year at Harvey Spack Field in the out of town retail sector. Having studied Building Surveying at Birmingham City University, Ben spent a year working for a development firm in Germany.
Ben works closely with our SME clients on both the retail and restaurant sides, assisting with their expansion plans. This involves utilising his background in out of town retail as well as wearing out plenty of leather walking the nations High Streets. In addition Ben is assisting the investment and professional teams.
Out of the office Ben can be found sailing, playing football or in the gym. Ben is a qualified Ski Instructor and the firm’s official Ski Guide!

Delva Ambersley
Delva provides an oasis of calm within the Lewis Craig office by ensuring the smooth running of the firms administration and operations.
At the same time, Delva actively assists the property management department in day-to-day matters, including client and tenant liaison, credit control and other accounting functions.
In her spare time, Delva enjoys cycling, the arts, creating a wide range of gastronomic delights and whenever she gets the opportunity seeing the world - as long as it's somewhere hot!
