Achille Salvagni Atelier acquires Mayfair flagship
Acting on behalf of Liquidators David Rubin & Partners, Lewis Craig were recently involved with the assignment of the leasehold interest at 12 Grafton Street, Mayfair to Achille Salvagni Atelier. Achille Salvagni, a member of the Italian Order of Registered Architects, and an interior and furniture designer, founded the firm in 2002.
Based in Rome, the firm have acquired an outstanding worldwide reputation in developing projects for exclusive residences and superyachts. Achille Salvagni’s work has been shortlisted worldwide in renowned and distinguished magazines such as Elle Decor America, Architectural Digest (France, Russia and Mexico), Interior Design America, Wall Street Journal, and The New York Times.
Today Achille leads a studio of eleven qualified designers who share his continuous research in design, excellence, passion and his enthusiasm for flawless and personalised client service.
