Lewis Craig, acting on behalf of the landlord of 53 South Molton Street, has completed a lease re-gear with longstanding tenant Eton Shirts.
Having previously occupied all five floors, under the renewed terms Eton retain the ground, first and basement levels, with the second and third floors returned to the landlord for refurbishment and re-letting as high-quality office accommodation.

Volvo’s first UK Studio secured
Appointed as project advisers to Volvo Cars UK, our brief was to identify and secure a flagship London opportunity for showcasing Volvo’s electric vehicle range, this being the first studio in the UK for the brand.
The result, the successful acquisition at Brent Cross Shopping Centre of highly prominent double fronted premises extending to around 2,000 sq ft.
