NARS New Head Office
Lewis Craig are delighted to have advised luxury beauty brand NARS Cosmetics with their recent UK Head Office relocation project, resulting in a move to 100 New Oxford Street, located in the heart of Central London.
100 New Oxford Street has recently been transformed to provide 34,000 sq ft of Grade A office space, with NARS securing some 6,000 sq ft of open plan space on the 6th floor.
Having considered several other options the premises were identified as offering the perfect solution for the company’s UK Head office requirement.

Bringing authentic New York style pizza to London, NY Fold, represented by retained advisers Lewis Craig, have opened their first restaurant at 103 Charing Cross Road, between Soho and Covent Garden.
NY Fold is located in the section of Charing Cross Road between Tottenham Court Road Station and Cambridge Circus, with the double-fronted restaurant offering ground floor space of some 1200 sq ft, plus ancillary basement.
