From Rib Shack to Vegan Powerhouse!
Acting on behalf of our client Eastend Homes, we are delighted to have disposed of an A3 restaurant unit in the Aldgate/Spitalfields area.
The unit was formerly occupied by Chicago Rib Shack, and is now occupied by Unity Diner – London’s biggest 100% vegan diner and cocktail bar.

Acting on behalf of the Landlord, Lewis Craig are delighted to see Mr Nice has now opened on Soho’s Noel Street.
Mr Nice is the brand inspired by cannabis activist Howard Marks, and the store stocks a range of high-end cannabis products and accessories including extracts, CBD, clothing and more.
Our client Coqfighter pick Soho’s Beak Street for their first central London restaurant!
We are delighted to have acquired Coqfighter’s first Central London restaurant, located in the heart of Soho on Beak Street.
Their fried chicken burgers and baos have already earned them fans at their spots at the Boxparks in Shoreditch and Croydon.

Yaki Yaki has taken a traditional dessert and has brought it bang up-to-date with new flavours, and more fun to create an iconic treat that is totally indulgent.

We have brought restaurateurs providing delicacies from both Peru and Sicily, as well as a 189 year old papers and paint company, who once manufactured paint for St Paul’s Cathedral!

Lewis Craig are delighted to announce the sale of 107 Upper Street to James Cochran’s new restaurant venture, 1251.
James rose to fame with his London City restaurant, James Cochran EC3. His new addition, 1251, will be more ambitious, with influences from Italy, China, Scandinavia, the Caribbean and the UK, with Kentish ingredients bringing everything together.

Press Coffee opened their first site, Fleet Street Press in Fleet Street, back in 2013. The aim was simple, to source and roast some of the best beans from the best producers all over the world.
