Lewis Craig advise on new Chelsea retail boutique

Acting on behalf of the landlord, Lewis Craig are delighted to announce the successful completion of 22 Park Walk to fashion retailer Lost Laundry.

The former occupier, antiques retailer James McWhirter, who had occupied the property for some 25 years, made the decision to move to larger premises around the corner on Langton Street. Lewis Craig were instructed by the landlord to seek an equally high-calibre retail occupier for the premises.

After an extensive marketing and negotiation exercise, Lost Laundry were clearly the perfect match for the neighbourhood that sits in between King’s Road and Fulham Road.

Lost Laundry is a boutique specialising in carefully selected items of new designer clothing, with an emphasis on past season runway collection pieces. Inside you’ll also discover a limited range of pristine pre-owned items. Lost Laundry strives to showcase eye-catching, exciting pieces that can’t be found elsewhere, in addition to a range of curios, luxurious artisan candles and home scents.

To find out more about this transaction, or to discuss your retail requirement, please contact Theo Benedyk at Lewis Craig on 020 7009 0480 or tb@lewiscraig.co.uk.
