Our journey with Trailfinders began in the Summer of 1993, with our first instruction being to identify and negotiate for the acquisition of suitable premises in Bristol. We successfully secured the former banking premises at 48 Corn Street, soon followed by a planned expansion programme to provide regional representation throughout the UK.
The most recent acquisitions include properties secured in Canterbury, Chelmsford, Milton Keynes and Sheffield. The majority of these have been acquired on a freehold basis adding to an existing and substantial freehold property portfolio. For the balance of the locations we continue to advise on rent reviews, lease renewals and rating appeals on a nationwide basis, as well as acting as managing agents on income producing investment property.
Initially founded in 1970 by former SAS officer Mike Gooley with a staff of 4, Trailfinders to this day remains privately owned, currently operating from some 37 travel centres with over 1000 expert consultants and has made travel arrangements for over 16 million clients to worldwide destinations.
We are proud of our longstanding relationship with Trailfinders. Our journey together continues as we currently seek representation in a select number of cities, with freehold opportunities being of particular interest.
