Following the former Tenant going into Administration, Lewis Craig were instructed by the Landlord family office of a prime building on Upper Street in Islington.
Lewis Craig handled the detailed negotiations between the Landlord and the Administrators in relation to the surrender of their lease and the dilapidations, which was followed by further negotiations in relation to a new lease with the new incoming Tenant.
