We are proud of our management department, originally evolving from our core retail and restaurant activity, where freeholds were initially purchased for occupation, which latterly became income producing situations. We still act for a number of our original occupational clients but also now for family trusts, overseas investors, off-shore companies, non resident landlords as well as UK Property companies.
