From Rib Shack to Vegan Powerhouse!
Acting on behalf of our client Eastend Homes, we are delighted to have disposed of an A3 restaurant unit in the Aldgate/Spitalfields area.
The unit was formerly occupied by Chicago Rib Shack, and is now occupied by Unity Diner – London’s biggest 100% vegan diner and cocktail bar.
Unity Diner was founded in September 2018 by a group of close friends, including the activist and educator Earthling Ed, to make a positive difference in the way we eat.
Unity Diner are 100% plant-based and are now the largest vegan restaurant and bar in London. They are also a non-profit, with all proceeds of the business going toward animal rights campaigning work, including the development of a brand new sanctuary for recused animals in the UK.
Their new restaurant has space for 60 to dine in, and brings all their big hitters with them from their last restaurant such as, the moving mountains burger, VFC burger and the surf n’ turf dog.
