ITSU comes to Great Portland Street!

We are delighted to see ITSU now open and trading, at 246-248 Great Portland Street, opposite Great Portland Street Underground Station.

On behalf of the former Tenant, Portland Food & Wine, who have occupied the premises for over 35 years, we were instructed to seek an Assignee for their lease.

Following an extensive marketing exercise and competitive bidding process, we agreed terms with ITSU a surrender of our client’s lease, and a simultaneous grant of a new lease from The Langham Estate.
