We are delighted to announce the recent sale of the lease at 45 All Saints Road in Notting Hill.

The pub, originally called The Pelican, has a long history having originally been established in 1872.

The new owners have some extremely exciting plans for the property, and we very much look forward to celebrating with them when they open!
