Having acted for the Landlord, we’re delighted to see Meletius Coffee Roasters now open and trading at 37-39 High Holborn.

This unit saw strong demand from the coffee, cafe and F&B sectors, being a highly prominent corner unit, opposite the junction with Chancery Lane and a pedestrian crossing.
