Mother Clucker comes to Islington!

Following the departure of Starbucks, Lewis Craig was instructed by the Landlord of 30 Upper Street in Islington to find a new Tenant for the rarely-available prime opportunity.

We were delighted to agree terms with better chicken operator, Mother Clucker, taking a new lease on the entire building, being their first new permanent restaurant, reflective of their exciting plans to grow the brand across the country.

Originally founded in 2013, finding fame as a street-food truck vendor, Mother Clucker was acquired by Famously Proper in 2021, becoming a delivery-only brand.
