Patrick McDonald FRSA joins the Lewis Craig team

We are delighted to welcome Patrick McDonald FRSA to the Lewis Craig team, as our Hospitality Specialist Consultant.

Patrick is a distinguished name within the Hospitality and Catering Industry, with over 40 years experience in creating, opening and influencing many leading Hotel Groups, Restaurants and Hospitality projects, along with Food Retail stores and Foodhalls.

Over the years he has become an industry figurehead, opinion former, developing strategies for a multitude of prestigious clients and their projects/sites, by in large the consultancy services provided offering a 360 degree turnkey solution for all facets of the business.

Patrick is also a Celebrated Michelin starred Chef and Restaurateur.

With his knowledge and skill set Patrick brings an interesting new perspective to the Lewis Craig team, further strengthening the consultancy service that we can offer to our F&B, hotel operator and landlord clientele.
