Lewis Craig, acting on behalf of the landlord of 53 South Molton Street, has completed a lease re-gear with longstanding tenant Eton Shirts.
Having previously occupied all five floors, under the renewed terms Eton retain the ground, first and basement levels, with the second and third floors returned to the landlord for refurbishment and re-letting as high-quality office accommodation.
The transaction secures the retail income while unlocking asset management potential through the creation of office space.
