Rare waterside restaurant opportunity at York Marine

Lewis Craig have been instructed to market the proposed restaurant development at the York Marine site in Bishopthorpe, York. A new 180-cover, 4,000 sq ft restaurant is proposed, with foundations already laid. The restaurant will comprise an eco-friendly construction with superb river views, being located a stones throw from Bishopthorpe Palace.

The restaurant is envisaged as the catalyst for progress on a wider project to create a marina in the area for between 300 and 500 boats. The site being located only a mile away from York Racecourse provides an exciting opportunity to acquire a self-contained restaurant opportunity in an attractive and sought after location.

Diners can sample true Italian food from Southern Italy, and with a view over the Wharf to Putney Bridge and seating outside, this restaurant should prove extremely popular with summer approaching.
