Mother Clucker comes to Islington!
Following the departure of Starbucks, Lewis Craig was instructed by the Landlord of 30 Upper Street in Islington to find a new Tenant for the rarely-available prime opportunity.
We were delighted to agree terms with better chicken operator, Mother Clucker, taking a new lease on the entire building, being their first new permanent restaurant, reflective of their exciting plans to grow the brand across the country.
Celebrity tattoo parlour, INK’D London, expand in Fulham’s North End Road
Acting on behalf of a Tenant in Fulham, at the highly prominent corner junction of North End Road and Lillie Road, Lewis Craig was tasked with finding a suitable assignee for their residual leasehold interest.
Through our extensive marketing campaign, we identified the highly successful celebrity tattoo parlour “INK’D London” (co-owned by Love Island’s Theo Campbell), located diagonally opposite, where the timing was perfect as they had outgrown their relatively small venue.

Meyer & Mortimer are tailors who since 1955 had the privilege and honour to hold a Royal Warrant from Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

Lewis Craig originally advised the Landlord on the letting to Sumi at 155 Westbourne Grove in Notting Hill.
Following much success, when the opportunity arose to double-up and acquire next door, Lewis Craig were called in again to advise.
