Appointed as project advisers to Volvo Cars UK, our brief was to identify and secure a flagship London opportunity for showcasing Volvo’s electric vehicle range, this being the first studio in the UK for the brand.

The result, the successful acquisition at Brent Cross Shopping Centre of highly prominent double fronted premises extending to around 2,000 sq ft.

This followed a process of working closely with the Volvo retail and online teams analysing the perfect demographics, discussions with several major landlords, short-listing opportunities and negotiating lease terms, co-ordinating with project teams and legal advisers.

As one of the UK’s leading shopping centre destinations, Brent Cross owned jointly by Hammerson and Abrdn, offers 914,000 sq ft of retail and F&B, with a 12.5 million annual footfall.
