We welcome new bistro ‘Dorian’ to Notting Hill

Lewis Craig was tasked by the Landlord of the former well-known Raoul’s restaurant at 105-107 Talbot Road in Notting Hill, to source a high-quality operator, with the gravitas to rekindle the site’s historic success.

Following an extensive open marketing campaign, we soon realised that Chris D’Sylva and his impressive vision for new bistro ‘Dorian’ was indeed the perfect match.

Chris already had a proven track record with the Notting Hill Fish + Meat Shop on Westbourne Grove, and the Supermarket of Dreams in Holland Park.

Quoting Chris, “The team we’ve put together is phenomenal — they’re all embedded in the local community and are some of the most talented people I’ve ever worked with. They’re rockstars.”

They include alumni of Kitchen Table, the River Café and Core by Clare Smyth.

Theo Benedyk at Lewis Craig advised on the transaction.
